Lesson plans, journals, photos, and opportunities to interact with teachers and researchers on a variety of expeditions and cruises to the Arctic and Antarctic. Past expeditions include Bering Ecosystem studies of plankton and a changing ice cover, ecosystem change, and benthic studies. Upcoming expeditions (2009-2010) include Bering summer ice-free conditions and seabird ecology, polar bear response to sea ice loss, and Alaska climate variation focused on changes in glaciers and the Aleutian Low.
